If you would like to receive regular updates about Tayroots events and activities, and other matters of interest to folk with kin in Angus & Dundee, choose your own username (if you use your first name or surname please add a digit or symbol to differentiate it from others and no spaces please), and supply your email address and general location.

You will receive an email with the Subject 'Your Tayroots Registration', confirmation of your chosen username, and a unique password which you can use to participate in the site Forum, where you can share information with other Tayroots subscribers on your search for your family history. If you lose or forget your password, just email tayroots@angusahead.com

You won't be bombarded with mail - the Tayroots e-newsletter is sent every couple of months or when there is an interesting offer or news, and your details will not be passed to any third party. Tayroots is a joint project between Angus Council and Dundee City Council, aimed at providing a single gateway to the invaluable local research resources in council archives, registration, museums, libraries and at historic venues, and to encourage visitors to come and sample the delights of the area.
