28 January 2009	Brechin Artist Celebrated Angus Council and the David Waterson Trust have agreed to work together to promote the work of this unsung Brechin artist. David Waterson RE (1870-1954) was an extremely talented artist working in a variety of different media, and his paintings and etchings of local views are now much sought after. Angus Council has a superb collection of his works, much of it donated by his widow in 1956.	More...
